Welcome to the home page of the Saving Wrea Green Action Group website. 

This website has been created to provide a focus for the sharing of information required to help local people come together to help stop major and inappropriate development from ruining Wrea Green. It is hoped that information on this website will help residents understand relevant planning applications and the related issues. Also, to provide a way to help coordinate responses and actions required to help protect Wrea Green.
 
We aim to protect the natural environment surrounding Wrea Green and the fabric and infrastructure of the local community of Wrea Green from the threat of inappropriate development. We want to make people more aware of the issues, and of development plans, and work together with others to help defend our Village from inappropriate and large developments. 

This website aims to provide information helpful in this respect.

We are volunteers, giving up our own time. We work and have families and any help you feel you can provide to help ensure that we do what we can to protect the village is most welcome.
